In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the afc88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full range of afc88 services, you must complete the registration process at /afc88-login and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered afc88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. afc88 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility unless you have notified afc88 of unauthorised access in advance.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. afc88 will use these details for account communications, security alerts, and KYC requests. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in account restrictions.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your afc88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. afc88 may also close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a regulatory requirement to do so.

afc88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts as part of its commitment to anti-money-laundering standards and responsible gaming. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawal amounts exceed defined thresholds, or at any time afc88 deems it necessary.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional context.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as your afc88 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus applicable processing fees.
• afc88 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes of transfer confirmation, contact live chat support with your transaction reference.

6.2 — Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. afc88 reserves the right to require matching payment methods as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) is under 3 minutes during operational hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where KYC review is pending.
• afc88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges — afc88 has no control over and accepts no liability for such fees.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7. Real-money balance is always withdrawable without restriction, subject to KYC clearance.
• afc88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account policy breach, or an unresolved KYC request.

6.3 — Currency & Conversion

• All account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated in IDR. afc88 does not charge currency conversion fees — there is no conversion required for Indonesian players transacting in Rupiah.
• Any external currency conversion applied by a player's bank or payment provider before funds reach afc88 is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.

afc88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated on the promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Unless the promotion states otherwise, each bonus is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless marked "no wagering", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and qualifying game types are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, sportsbook, and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically without replacement or compensation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on afc88. • Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the afc88 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. The system confirmation timestamp is definitive.

• Error & Palpable Mistake: Where odds or payouts are offered in obvious error (a "palpable mistake"), afc88 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void them. afc88 will not be bound by any palpable pricing error regardless of when the error is identified.
• Game Results: The result returned by the certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer studio is final. afc88's platform logs are the definitive record of game outcomes and will be used to resolve any player disputes.
• Disconnection: afc88 accepts no liability for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side during a gaming session. Where a disconnection results in an incomplete game round, the system will settle the round according to the relevant game's disconnection policy.

afc88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies form part of these Terms and are binding on the operator:

All content on the afc88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, data feeds, written content, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of afc88 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, among others) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of afc88 to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their afc88 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

afc88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on afc88, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of afc88 as an internationally operated platform.
